They just put the Christmas decorations up yesterday at the gate to our village. It may seem early, but here they start playing Holiday music and selling the Christmas decorations at the beginning of September. The "ber" months appear to be fair game when it comes to Christmas. There is a house on our street that has had there Christmas decorations up since I arrived at the beginning of October. When Halloween came around they just decorated right around the big stuffed Santa Claus climbing the mango tree in their front yard.
